Happy Thanksgiving: Part I

It is currently 9:45 am and I just finished breakfast here on this lovely November 24th morning. I actually decided to eat a little bit today before the epic feast later on this evening. I chose to have two slices of toast with peanut butter and a bowl of cereal (Honey Bunches of Oats – Just Bunches). I am no longer able to eat for the rest of the day as I have to starve my tummy so it is ready for battle tonight. Every Thanksgiving my family goes to my grandparent’s house because my grandma cooks dinner for us. Last year, my sickness reached a whole new scale. Most years, after dinner, I go into the family room and lie on my stomach so I can shift the food around and relieve some of the pressure. Last year, however, I went to lie down, and I simply toppled over to my side.

I cannot wait for tonight, although I am going to try and take it easy this year.
