Next!

Now that Thanksgiving is over, bring on the Christmas season! All the shopping, cheerful people, snow angels, and memories that are a part of this wonderful time of year make this time unlike any other. Although, just like Thanksgiving, Christmas involves a lot of food consumption as well. Furthermore, and perhaps the BEST aspect of Christmas, is the three-week Winter Break that we get from school. The second your last final ends, you are a free man or woman for the next month. With absolutely no academic troubles to worry about, this grace period is among the best days of your life! This year is going to be a pretty typical Christmas with the family. We haven’t presents for the last two or three years, upon request from my brother and me (we simply no longer want anything). My brother and I are very similar in the mindset that if we don’t actually NEED something, we don’t splurge on the luxuries of Christmas or materialism. We both accept and embrace the things we have, and only consume what is necessary. With all that said, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!
