Just Pick One Already

Since 6th grade, Architecture has been single largest passion of my life (in terms of future career choice). However, certain things have taken place over the course of my life since then that have made me question what career I want to pursue. Right now, I am enrolled in the College of Design here at ISU to pursue my architectural passion. If I make it into the professional program, then by all means, I am going to be the best damn Architect ever seen. On the other hand, only 69% of the applicants make it into the program (average), in which case I would have to either try again next year, or change my major and head in a different direction. There are many different majors that I would love to pursue, most of which are categorized into two different themes. The other possible majors that I would love to go after because they have become alternate passions of my life are: nutrition, dietetics, kinesiology, exercise science, mathematics, and education. I would love to be a teacher, I really would. Frequently I find myself helping my friends with their homework, or teaching someone how to do an activity, and in doing so I have grown to love teaching/helping people. In addition to teaching, I love bodybuilding, and every aspect that goes along with it. The training, the education, the nutrition, the knowledge of the body, I love it all. If there is a way that I could sustain a healthy lifestyle (financially, no pun intended), I would enjoy being a personal trainer. Personal training incorporates the educational passion I have, as well as the love I have for bodybuilding, so it’s perfect right?

All in all, I still have no clue what I want to do with the rest of my life. There are so many different options that I can/would love to try, I just can’t seem to pick one at the moment...
